The second regional traning "Neighborhood programme - preparing and conducting projects/EU guidance" took place in Rudo (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
	The Regional Environmental Center organized a two days long training "Neighborhood programme - preparing and conducting projects/EU guidance" in Rudo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) on February 28-29, 2008. The training was held within the project "Cross-Border LEAPs: Environmental Planning for Peace and Stability", thanks to the kind financial support of the Netherlands Ministry for Development Cooperation with the presence of local government officials, NGO's activist and public utility companies representatives from municipalities Priboj (Republic of Serbia) and Rudo (BiH) actively included in the above mentioned project. The training was dedicated in order to improve understanding of methodology, preparation and conducting projects according to the EU rules in the frame of the Neighborhood programme Serbia - BiH - Montenegro. The training provided advanced sessions in organizational development, project management and relevant topics in a stimulating atmosphere. Participants shared their experiences, learned new skills and received new knowledge.
