Topic Areas
	The REC experts have a deep knowledge and experience in managing regional and country level programs and projects in different areas in CEE. The REC operates on the basis of topic areas, which are grouped according to directions of work. The topic areas make it possible to establish specialised inter-organisational teams that draw from the available expertise in both the head and country offices.
